Job summary

SATAIR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Improvement Manager to drive regional continuous improvement across warehousing and logistics.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methods to optimize material flow, standardize processes, and collaborate with global teams to implement best practices. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma training and certification welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CI initiatives across logistics and warehousing using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• Standardize logistics material flow and best practices across regional hubs.
• Coach local teams on CI tools and change management to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and implement visual management boards and dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Support AOS and WMS rollouts and integration of warehouse automation.
• Collaborate with frontline staff to plan Kaizen events and eliminate waste.
