Job summary

Seatrium Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, issuing and transportation of equipment and materials.

You will resolve discrepancies on deliveries, maintain records and ensure timely delivery to end users. Candidates with a Diploma in Logistics and SAP knowledge will excel in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management.
Entry Level candidates welcome (On Job Training will be provided).
Good planning, organising skills and ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or knowledge of shipyard operations and SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, issuance and transportation.
Resolve discrepancies found on delivered equipment and materials upon receiving.
Ensure proper gathering and distribution of records, forms and reports for receiving, storage, movement and control of equipment/materials.
Ensure on-time delivery of correct materials to the correct end user at the right location.
Monitor stock levels daily and initiate re-orders to prevent stock-outs.
Oversee preservation activities on equipment packages and manage scrap tenders.
