Job summary

Seatrium Limited seeks a Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. You will monitor inventory levels, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure safety compliance with inspections.

You will resolve discrepancies, support quality control, and track KPIs for productivity. The role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and contributing to process improvements and layout

Qualifications

• NITEC/ Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory software.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storing, and issuing of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct inspections.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies and support quality control.
• Track KPIs and productivity reports.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients.
