SILAH SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking energetic individuals to support daily distribution and delivery activities across Singapore. You will manage deliveries, coordinate collection schedules and ensure goods reach destinations efficiently.

The role requires willingness to travel across multiple locations, comfort with smartphone apps, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Training and progression opportunities are provided as the team expands.

Responsabilités

• Collect and distribute assigned shipments within allocated service areas.
• Organise daily delivery tasks to maximise productivity and minimise delays.
• Verify collection details and confirm successful handovers.
• Maintain proper records of completed and pending assignments.
• Communicate with the operations team regarding delivery progress and unexpected situations.
• Take reasonable care of transported items and assigned equipment.
• Observe relevant transport, safety and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional distribution-related tasks when necessary.

About the Position

Silah Solutions is looking for energetic and committed individuals to support our daily distribution and delivery activities.

This position involves managing assigned deliveries, coordinating collection schedules and ensuring goods reach their destinations efficiently. We welcome individuals who enjoy an active working environment and are comfortable working independently.

Main Duties

• Collect and distribute assigned shipments within allocated service areas.
• Organise daily delivery tasks to maximise productivity and minimise delays.
• Verify collection details and confirm successful handovers.
• Maintain proper records of completed and pending assignments.
• Communicate with the operations team regarding delivery progress and unexpected situations.
• Take reasonable care of transported items and assigned equipment.
• Observe relevant transport, safety and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional distribution-related tasks when necessary.

Work Schedule

• 26 working days per month, according to the assigned roster.
• Scheduled shifts of approximately 10–12 hours, including applicable breaks and subject to statutory working-hour limits.
• Availability for weekend and festive-season assignments is required.
• Public holiday duties may be scheduled depending on business demand.
• Additional working hours may be required during periods of increased delivery volume.
• Rest days will be allocated in accordance with applicable employment requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Basic ability to operate smartphone applications.
• Able to follow instructions and manage assigned tasks responsibly.
• Good time management and a positive working attitude.
• Willing to perform physically active work.
• Familiarity with delivery routes and local neighbourhoods is beneficial.
• Must satisfy applicable requirements for operating delivery vehicles or power-assisted bicycles, where relevant.
