Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and ensure accurate capture of job requirements for all orders.
• Maintain good working relationship with customers.
• Advise customers on delivery schedules and inventory-related matters.
• Communicate customer requirements to the Traffic Controller to ensure smooth job execution.
• Create trucking jobs and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Source potential hauliers to facilitate the efficient reuse of import containers.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and any delays.
• Provide after-hours support for customer enquiries when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
