Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for an administrative/warehouse support role. Salary up to SGD 3000 (experience-based), working hours Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, and the job is within walking distance from Macpherson MRT.

Responsibilities include monitoring inbound shipments, handling product quarantine per SOP, preparing delivery orders, processing NAVISION stock transfers, updating GRN and inbound stock records, and supporting monthly stock-taking.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-level education and above.
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role or warehouse environment.
• Experience with NAVISION and WMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound shipments and report discrepancies or damages.
• Handle product quarantine according to SOP.
• Prepare delivery orders from picking lists.
• Process product and stock transfers in NAVISION.
• Update GRN and inbound stock records in NAVISION.
• Support monthly stock-taking and data entry.
• Maintain warehouse records and documentation.
• Prepare monthly sales and stock reports.
