Job summary

LTH Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse professional to oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring procedures align with customer requirements and schedules. You will monitor daily activities, perform cycle counts, and audit results to verify accuracy, while coordinating with Customer Service and Traffic teams to optimize workflow.

Applicants should uphold HSSE standards, manage inbound/outbound processing in the system, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations at respective floor are executed in accordance with warehouse procedures and customers’ requirements
• Ensure schedule and deadlines are adhered to
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of the same to verify results
• Exercise good work practices towards Policies and Procedures and understanding of compliance in relation to regulatory bodies
• Liaise with Customer Service, Traffic and Warehouse personnel to establish better working coordination with them
• Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and practices
• Administration duties as required to ensure daily Inbound / Outbound processed in system
• Administration duties as required to ensure all warehouse activities related report to complete as when required
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Working days: 5.5 days
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
• Company transport from Jurong East MRT
