Job summary

SINGAPORE AERO SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Support staff to handle the collection and delivery of spares between the warehouse and aircraft bays in Singapore.

The role requires verifying part numbers, serial numbers and quantities, and ensuring proper handover with signoff. The position is afternoon shift only (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM) with overtime as needed, and requires a Nitec in any discipline with 1–2 years of logistics experience; forklift and Class 4 driving license

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec in any discipline with 1-2 years of logistics working experience.
• Class 4 driving license & Forklift license will be advantageous.
• Must be able to work afternoon shift permanently and overtime as & when required.
• Working hours: 1400 to 2330, Mondays to Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection and delivery of spares within the required timeframe between warehouse and bay.
• Check part number, serial number and quantity before delivery to destination.
• Highlight any discrepancy to the storeman or supervisor.
• Ensure signoff and handover/takeover is done properly.
• Write manifests for all the item collected in warehouse.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor
