Job summary

AES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to receive shipments, verify goods against documents, and support inventory counts at our Singapore facility.

You will load and unload materials, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and place items on trolleys for efficient staging.

Candidates with 2 years of warehouse experience, pallet jack skills, and basic MS Office will fit well; night shifts of 12 hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Able to operate pallet jack equipment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Understanding of import permits, commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Knowledge of IOR requirements is an advantage.
• Able to commit to 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming shipment and checking of goods received against documents and condition of goods
• Perform breakbulk and data entry, stock-take and Inventory count
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Comply with safety regulations and security measures for warehouse store
• Sort and place items on predetermined trolleys
