Job summary

A food and beverage company in Singapore is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage various logistics processes. Responsibilities include overseeing container unstuffing, preparing for stock takes, and handling invoicing duties. Candidates should have a minimum of GCE 'N' Level, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, able to multitask, and can work independently. This position requires accepting rotating shifts and a good attendance record.

  • Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.
  • Able to accept rotate shift and work independently.

  • Keen learner and willing to accept given task.

Responsibilities

  • Work with BC and WMS systems to manage logistics processes.
  • Create and release waves in WMS for order processing.
  • Witness and oversee incoming container unstuffing to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare for cycle stock takes and manage stock write-offs.
  • Reconcile stock take results between physical counts and WMS records.
  • Print invoices that have been posted in BC.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

System Operations
  • Work with BC and WMS systems to manage logistics processes.
  • Create and release waves in WMS for order processing.
Inbound Logistics
  • Witness and oversee incoming container unstuffing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Inventory Control
  • Prepare for cycle stock takes and manage stock write-offs.
  • Witness stock write-offs in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Reconcile stock take results between physical counts and WMS records.
  • Handle return stocks with the warehouse picker and tally the stocks returned to the warehouse physically. Hand over the return invoice to operations admin.
Documentation & Invoicing
  • Print invoices that have been posted in BC.
  • Attach purchase orders with invoices for delivery.
  • Tally total invoices posted in BC against physical documentation.
General Administration
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager to support logistics and warehouse operations.
Requirements
