Working Hours (Choose your preferred days)

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick blood collection accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures according to clinical protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with infection control guidelines.
• Verify two patient identifiers prior to every procedure to uphold patient safety.
• Complete all documentation accurately to ensure proper traceability and adherence to good documentation practices.
• Comply with workplace safety, hand hygiene, and other regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to patients, healthcare staff, and external partners at the counter or over the phone.

Requirements

• at least 2 years of hands‑on phlebotomy experience in a fast‑paced clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑centred mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• High attention to detail and adherence to clinical safety standards.
• Able to rotate among clinics in the west region.
