OLIVE TREE EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join as a locum for children with diverse developmental, physical, or cognitive needs, helping them gain independence and improve quality of life.

The role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, and delivering therapy focused on motor development, sensory integration, and daily living activities, with collaboration from educators and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• AHPC Singapore registration/licensure required.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will provide therapy services to children with diverse developmental, physical, or cognitive needs, supporting them in achieving greater independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client's functional abilities and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide therapy sessions focusing on adaptive skills, sensory integration, fine/gross motor development, and daily living activities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and maintain communication with parents.

• Offer guidance and support to families and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with professional standards.

• at least Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Valid professional registration/licensure with AHPC Singapore.

• Prior experience working with children, or adolescents with developmental or physical needs preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Contract Details

• Duration: Committment of at least 6 months

• Working Hours: Flexible, with at least availability of one AM and PM session per week
