Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a qualified therapist in Singapore to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized rehab plans. You will deliver interventions across musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric and post‑op conditions, manage caseloads and document progress.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, support discharge planning, and educate patients and caregivers while adhering to safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or recognised professional qualification.
• AHPC registration with Singapore is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in acute, sub-acute, community care or rehab settings.

Job description

Working Days: 3–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Hourly Rate: SGD $70–$80

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised rehabilitation and treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric and post-surgical conditions.

• Manage assigned patient caseloads, monitor treatment progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and support discharge planning.

• Provide guidance to therapy assistants and educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation programmes.

• Ensure compliance with clinical procedures, patient safety standards and infection control protocols.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or recognised professional qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.

• Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore, is mandatory.

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in acute, sub-acute, community care or rehabilitation settings.

• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning and patient management skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to different clinical environments.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week during weekday operating hours.
