Job summary

Future-E HR in Singapore is seeking an experienced LNG trading professional to monitor global LNG and ethane markets, develop insights, and support trading decisions.

You will execute paper trades, manage risk and P&L within approved limits, collaborate with operations, shipping, finance and risk teams, and build relationships with brokers and market participants. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred for stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in LNG, natural gas, ethane or energy trading.
• Strong knowledge of LNG market fundamentals, pricing mechanisms, shipping economics and global energy markets.
• Experience in paper trading of LNG, natural gas, LPG, crude oil or other energy commodities is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and risk management capabilities.
• High integrity, commercial acumen and excellent teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare business documentation in both languages.
