Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an LNG Operator to oversee physical cargo execution from scheduling through loading and discharge, coordinating with commercial teams and counterparties.

In a fast-paced trading environment, you will manage notices, nominations, ETA updates, and negotiate laytime/demurrage while maintaining accurate trade data in our system. You will liaise with charterers, suppliers, inspectors and port agents to ensure smooth cargo operations and support monthly loading schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of LNG operations experience.
• Strong understanding of LNG contracts, shipping operations and cargo claims.
• Excellent numerical, spreadsheet and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LNG cargoes from scheduling through loading and discharge, including lifting plans and vessel movements.
• Manage operational notices, nominations and ETA updates in line with SPA, MSA and charter-party obligations.
• Liaise with charterers, suppliers, buyers, inspectors, expeditors and port agents to ensure smooth cargo execution.
• Review, calculate and negotiate laytime, demurrage, boil-off and gas-consumption claims.
• Coordinate monthly loading and discharge programmes and participate in reviewing term and spot contract provisions.
• Maintain accurate deal, pricing and operational information within the trade-support system.
