Binance is offering an Accelerator Program focused on LLM model training and data processing. You will contribute to training, evaluation, and optimization of language models, while building AI agents and prompting strategies for integrated tool use.

The role emphasizes collaboration with research and engineering teams and data annotation workflow design, ideal for students or recent graduates in CS/AI/EE seeking hands-on experience.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, AI, EE or related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Familiarity with transformer models/LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Qwen) is a strong plus.
• Experience or interest in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA).
• Basic knowledge of data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs using public and in-house data.
• Support development of AI agents, including prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Design and manage data annotation pipelines with guidelines and QC.
• Collaborate with research/engineering teams to improve model performance and robustness.
• Conduct experiments, data analysis, and document methodologies and findings.
• Explore new tools/frameworks to enhance LLM systems and agent capabilities.
