Qualifications

• Electrical and low-voltage systems troubleshooting
• General maintenance and basic carpentry/fixtures
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams
• Attention to safety and guest-area conduct

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and troubleshooting of electrical and low-voltage systems, including tripped circuits and lighting faults
• Carry out plumbing repairs including toilets, taps, pipes, floor traps, and minor water pump issues
• Perform routine maintenance for central air-conditioning and ventilation systems
• Maintain and repair general facilities such as doors, windows, locks, fittings, furniture
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues during operating hours to minimise guest disruption
• Assist with fire safety equipment inspections and minor renovation support
