SENJO INDUSTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Live Stream Talent Manager & Operations Specialist in Singapore to source, schedule, and manage our roster of Live Streamers and Content Creators.

You will ensure streamers are booked, prepared with product knowledge, and equipped with promotional campaigns to run high-performing live streams. This role combines talent coordination with end-to-end operations, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to drive successful live

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Talent Management, Creator Operations, Influencer Marketing, or E-Commerce Operations.
• Excellent appointment scheduling, roster management, and calendar coordination skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce live stream platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee) and live promotional tactics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with streamers, negotiate schedules, and direct on-camera talent.
• Willingness to monitor or support morning or night live stream shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Booking: Source, recruit, and onboard engaging Live Streamers, Hosts, and Content Creators.
• Scheduling & Appointments: Manage the live streaming calendar, arranging shift appointments and live slots.
• Briefing & Direction: Brief streamers on product features, promotional mechanics, and script outlines.
• Promotional Mechanics: Coordinate pre-stream marketing, vouchers, codes for each session.
• Stream Promotions: Plan teaser content and social posts to boost turnout.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor GMV, engagement, and conversions to optimize schedules.
• Studio & Inventory: Ensure product samples are ready before broadcast; coordinate post-stream processing.
