Job summary

OMY HEALTH PTE. LTD. seeks an E-commerce/Social Commerce specialist to lead live streams on Shopee Live and TikTok Live, manage hosts, and optimize traffic and conversions. You will coordinate with marketing and oversee cross-platform pricing and live-exclusive offers.

The role requires 1–3 years in e-commerce or social commerce, with deep knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre. A creator network is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in E-commerce or Social Commerce.
• Must have specific experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre live dashboards and affiliate tools.
• Preference for candidates with an established network of TikTok creators or live hosts.
• Ability to read live stream data (viewers, CTR, GMV) and adjust strategies in real time.

Responsibilities

• Plan high-frequency live streams focused on Shopee Live and TikTok Live.
• Recruit and manage a roster of hosts for TikTok and Shopee ecosystems.
• Coordinate with marketing to drive traffic and optimize retention and conversion.
• Manage pricing across platforms and design live-only offers to drive urgency.
