Responsibilities

• Draft and Review court documents and conduct litigation matters
• Manage clients and provide sound legal advise to clients
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Represent clients in Negotiations and mediations
• Be up to date with legal trends and legislations
• Able to work in a team to develop legal case matters

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Litigation experience
• A recognized Law degree
• Admitted to practise law in Singapore
