Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to practise law in Singapore with 0-3 year PQE.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and advocacy skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on exposure to court proceedings and contentious matters.
• Opportunity to handle files under supervision and develop advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and conduct of litigation matters across personal injury, property damage, civil, criminal, and family law matters.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, submissions, legal opinions, correspondence, and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, memoranda, and advisory materials.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, case conferences, and other legal proceedings.
• Assist in trial preparation, including evidence review, bundle preparation, and witness coordination.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, government agencies, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Support settlement discussions and dispute resolution processes under appropriate supervision.
• Monitor court timelines, filing requirements, and ensure matters progress in accordance with procedural deadlines.
