Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Lithography Process Engineer to join the Unit Module Development Team, leading silicon photonics and power platform projects.

You will set up processes to technical requirements, troubleshoot, coordinate with equipment and integration teams, train engineers, and deputize the litho process section manager as needed. >10 years lithography experience required; silicon photonics experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering/physical science and >10 years lithography experience.
• Silicon photonics experience is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up lithography processes per technical requirements and guide engineers in development.
• Troubleshoot process issues and ensure qualification lots run smoothly.
• Collaborate with equipment, integration and customer teams; transfer knowledge before mass production.
