Job summary

Deutsche Bank’s Listed Derivatives Execution Solutions team (LDES) supports the platform delivery to internal and external clients globally. The role focuses on electronic trading, algorithmic support, and voice execution with a strong emphasis on client onboarding and risk control.

The successful candidate will manage relationships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate across regional LD teams to optimize the platform offering while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years’ experience in electronic trading, algorithms, voice execution, sales in Listed Derivatives.
• Experience monitoring, operating or developing electronic trading and/or algorithmic trading platforms.
• Familiar with Bloomberg and major trading platforms, including exchanges like SGX, HKFE, JPX, EUREX, ICE, CME.
• Collaborates across LD teams regionally and globally.
• Strong relationships with APAC clients or industry contacts.
• English fluency plus Mandarin or Japanese for Chinese/Japan client coverage.
• Must be licensed to execute Futures on SGX or obtain license within 8 weeks of joining.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Revenue-focused delivery of global growth goals; track targets and adjust strategy.
• Maintain client relationships and pitch execution services with Product & Sales.
• Propose commercially viable product improvements with Platform partners.
• Drive onboarding of clients to go-live and ensure high-quality service and support.
