Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center.
• Assist customers with incident verification and resolutions.
• Resolve problems onsite and escalate unsolvable issues.
• Generate administrative records and reports.
• Integrate new technologies into existing environments.
• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Manage user accounts and respond to technical queries.
• Implement Service Request and Change Request.
