Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to join our infrastructure team in Singapore. The role focuses on managing Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance across enterprise systems.

You will install, configure, and upgrade servers, implement backup/DR procedures, and work with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects, applying CIS hardening and best-practice security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Systems Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with server security hardening (CIS hardening preferred).
• Knowledge of SSH, user account management, privilege control (sudoers), and password policies.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with incident management, change management, and root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
• Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and system implementation.
• Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure incidents.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Implement security hardening and server security best practices.
• Support change management, operational support, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and secure operations.
