Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT infrastructure specialist to oversee server builds and rack allocations in Singapore.

You will coordinate with network, storage and VM teams to resolve dependencies and ensure timely provisioning across delivery cycles. Responsibilities include validating hardware roll requests, monitoring build progress, coordinating with GIS for vulnerability fixes, and providing regular status updates to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Submit HW Roll in form for Rack Allocation; review Roll in requests; verify hostnames and IP addresses; check switch port status
• Notify DCFM on cabling issues and support new servers across delivery lifecycle
• Monitor build progress and provide technical solutions for build dependencies
• Coordinate with Network, Storage and VM teams to resolve dependencies
• Ensure servers are provisioned on time and provide regular build status reports
• Attend calls with GBT/GMET teams to share progress and clarify technical concerns
• Run daily DSM calls to track build progress and manage OS configuration, user and role management
• Support app teams for app setup requirements
• Collaborate with App team and GIS for vulnerabilities fixes and GIS handover to meet delivery timelines
• Provide commission and warranty support for Network Firewall, DNS, LB setup; GIS handover and onboarding to deployment
