Job summary

TELESOURCE EXECUTIVE SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Linux Integration and Support Engineer to work on customer premises. The role spans deployment, production support, and 24x7 shift coverage after launch.

You will monitor environments, provide updates, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Strong Linux, networking, and automation skills are required, with client-facing responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Installation and configuration of solutions on customers platform.
• Creating project-specific documents (test cases, user's guide, requirements documents).
• Prepare and upgrade the solution when a new version is to be deployed.
• Support the day-to-day operations.
• Proactively monitor customer environment using internal tools and providing support advice.
• Provide L1 and L2 Support after Solution Launch.

Responsibilities
