Job summary

PVH is seeking a Service Operations Specialist in Singapore to deliver support to internal and external customers, ensure systems performance, and act as a single point of contact to coordinate with resolver teams and the Service Desk to meet SLAs.

You will drive incident and problem management, oversee spare parts, perform preventive maintenance, manage changes, and work with vendors to ensure consistent service delivery across the operations centers.

Qualifications

• Provide incident and problem management support across hardware and software platforms.
• Administer monitoring tools to ensure system performance and availability.
• Serve as SPOC for customers, coordinating with resolver teams and the Service Desk.
• Assist in Change, Configuration, and Implementation tasks for supported systems.
• Coordinate with local vendors to ensure consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service operations support to internal and external customers per SLAs.
• Maintain optimal performance of all systems and products managed by the Service Operations team.
• Be the SPOC for customers, coordinating with internal resolver teams and the Service Desk to ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide incident and problem management, coordinating with technical teams for root cause fixes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels while following escalation policies.
• Oversee replacement of faulty equipment and spare parts replenishment per sparing policy.
• Conduct preventive and proactive maintenance and monitor systems to meet expectations.
• Perform Change Management, Configuration, Design, and Implementation tasks.
• Manage local vendors and report on vendor performance to management.
