Job summary

OUE Restaurants Pte Ltd is seeking a kitchen staff to support execution and food preparation in line with the Executive Chef's recipes. The role requires familiarity with western or Italian cuisine and basic cooking techniques.

The candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean, safe cooking station while adhering to health and safety standards. Additional duties may be assigned by management to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in western or italian cuisine is preferred.
• Familiar with basic cooking methods and techniques.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and food preparation per Executive Chef's recipes and specifications.
• Execute different cooking methods, processes and techniques with various ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure raw ingredients handling complies with food hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Monitor kitchen ingredients and stock; inform kitchen team when orders need to be placed.
• Check quality of materials and condition of cooking equipment and devices.
• Maintain a lean, orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Ensure food preparation and handling align with restaurant food hygiene and standards guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
