FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Commis Chef/Crew to support burgers and food preparation. The role involves preparing sauces, ingredients, and sandwiches, following SOPs, and ensuring food hygiene and quality standards.

Shifts include AM/PM/Overnight with 5- or 6-day packages and weekend/public holiday work. Training is provided for those with or without experience. The position offers part-time hours with a competitive rate, plus incentives and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sauces, Ingredients & Sandwiches.
• Ensure products are prepared and cooked according to SOP to maintain highest standards.
• Receive and arrange ingredients using FEFO method.
• Prepare food according to SOP, ensuring highest standards.
• Ensure best quality of food.
• Ensure no expired products are in kitchen at all times.
• Maintain tiptop food hygiene standards.
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized.
• Ensure chicken & food are of best quality to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to brand operations standards.
