Job summary

POSITIVE DELIGHTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Cook / Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore.

You will prepare ingredients, cook items to recipe standards, and work directly on the line or prep stations to support busy service moments. Maintain sanitary workspaces, follow food safety guidelines, and coordinate with teammates to ensure timely, accurately plated dishes during peak hours and quieter shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or short-order cook in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Valid Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook items according to recipes and portion specifications.
• Execute orders accurately across assigned kitchen stations (grill, sauté, fryer, pantry).
• Plate and garnish dishes cleanly and consistently before handing off to food runners or expeditor.
• Maintain clean, sanitary prep stations, cooking lines, and storage spaces.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely, on-time order completion.
