Job summary

LIGHT AVENUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a confident showroom sales associate to engage walk-in customers and recommend lighting, ceiling fans, sanitary products, curtains, and blinds.

You will build relations with interior designers and contractors, follow up on leads, and strive to close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will maintain customer records, meet monthly KPIs, and work with a team to ensure a well-presented showroom and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Experience in retail sales or home-related products is preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and provide professional consultation and product recommendations.
• Promote and sell lighting, ceiling fans, sanitary products, curtain and blinds.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers and contractors.
• Proactively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain sales pipeline and customer records.
• Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display.
