CMSE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operation Manager to oversee lift and escalator installation and modernization projects in Singapore.

You will lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include developing new business accounts, preparing cost estimates and quotations, conducting feasibility studies, monitoring expenses, and maintaining thorough project

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in lift/escalator projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Knowledge of lift/escalator systems and safety standards.
• Familiarity with building codes relevant to lifts and escalators.
• Ability to prepare and manage quotations.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business accounts for lift and escalator projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for quotations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, budget, timeline and resources.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess risks for projects.
• Monitor expenses and ensure budget adherence.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
