Job summary

Patsnap is building the next generation of AI-native life sciences products to embed AI into researchers’ daily workflows. We seek a domain knowledge scientist who translates complex life sciences problems into practical, usable tools.

A PhD or equivalent industry experience in life sciences is required, with in-office work in Singapore. You’ll shape product opportunities across clinical development, BD, regulatory, and competitive intelligence, collaborating with engineering and product teams

Qualifications

PhD in life sciences or equivalent industry experience.
Strong knowledge of pharma, biotech, clinical development, translational medicine or related life sciences area.
Ability to translate complex life sciences problems into focused product opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value life sciences workflows across clinical development, translational medicine and regulatory affairs where AI can improve processes.
Engage with researchers, scientists and BD teams to understand daily work and real problems.
Translate user needs into practical product opportunities and end-to-end solutions.
Prototype and launch quickly, gathering feedback to iterate in weeks not months.
Prioritize features, balancing scientific rigor with user value and feasibility.
Collaborate with marketing and GTM to convey genuine value of products.
