Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. in Tuas, Singapore, seeks a Life Cycle Management Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle of computerized systems within the pharmaceutical sector, from design and installation through qualification and retirement.

You will draft C&Q/CSV documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain validation plans, and ensure compliance with GAMP, cGMP, and industry guidelines. Collaboration with vendors and project teams is essential to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in CSV, automation, commissioning, and qualification.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Hands-on exposure to PLC/HMI automation (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Experience validating automated platforms, such as DeltaV, BAS/BMS, or PLC-controlled equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of computerized systems from design and installation through qualification and retirement.
• Draft, review, and execute C&Q and CSV documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, retirement plans, Validation Master Plans, and SOPs.
• Perform CSV and SDLC activities in line with GAMP, cGMP, Good Engineering Practices, and standard industry guidelines.
• Assess system changes to cGMP equipment and update validation plans to maintain compliance.
• Write technical reports, test scripts, and validation summary documentation for automated systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and project contractors to execute testing and keep project timelines on schedule.
