EIGEN ENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced EMA-certified Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW Grade 7 or 8) to join our operations team. You will ensure safety, compliance, and maximum uptime of M&E systems across client sites, with both permanent and freelance LEWs welcome to apply.

Key duties include monthly inspections, updating diagrams, preparing tenders, planning maintenance, and supervising vendors and technicians to deliver reliable energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• EMA-certified Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 or 8 required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on LEW experience in electrical installation checks.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams including supervisors, technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical tools and equipment monthly for safety.
• Review and update single-line diagrams; process Certificate of Fitness turn-on forms.
• Prepare tenders and quotations for maintenance and projects.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E equipment.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and EMA-certified Licensed Electrical Worker(LEW Grade 7 or 8) to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and maximum uptime of M&E systems across our client sites. Both permanent candidates and freelance LEWs are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly inspections on electrical tools and equipment to ensure they are safe for use.
• Approve and update single-line diagrams to meet site requirements, and complete the Certificate of Fitness turn-on form.
• Prepare tenders and quotations for maintenance and project-related work.
• Engage in project planning, material requisition, cost management, project oversight, and documentation.
• Plan, prepare, and oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E equipment.
• Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and in-house technicians; monitor work progress and coordinate with client representatives on technical issues.
• Lead a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure maximum uptime of M&E systems and associated equipment.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in strict adherence to established safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and any other assigned responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• EMA-certified Licensed Electrical Worker — Grade 7 or Grade 8.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience conducting electrical installation checks to ensure compliance with the Code of Practice and Singapore Standards (SS) in a LEW capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams including supervisors, technicians, and third‑party contractors.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with client representatives and managing technical issues on‑site.
• Meticulous, safety-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
