Job summary

SIA Engineering Company Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to perform and certify maintenance tasks, inspections, repairs, modifications and functional tests on assigned aircraft platforms. The ideal candidate holds a Cat.

B1 license with 2+ aircraft type ratings from the list (A330, A350, B737 series, etc.), has at least 5 years in maintenance with 2 years certifying experience, and demonstrates strong English communication and customer-relations skills

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Cat. B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License with 2+ of the listed type ratings.
• Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 2 years recent certification as Engineer.
• Holding a CAAS Part 66 (Cat. B1) license with the above ratings is advantageous.
• Valid Company authorisation with 2+ aircraft type ratings listed above.
• Excellent English reading/writing and communication required.

Required Skills

• Holds a valid Cat. B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License* with 2 or more of the following aircraft type ratings:

1. A330 (Trent 700/CF6)
2. A380 (Trent 900/GP 7200)
3. A319/320/321 (NEO/PW/V2500/CFM56)
4. B787 (Trent1000/GENX)
5. A350
6. B737- 600/700/800/900 (CFM56)
7. B737 MAX

• Holds a valid Company authorisation with 2 or more aircraft type ratings listed above
• Have at least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with a minimum of 2 years of recent certification experience as an Engineer
• Holding a valid CAAS Part 66 (Cat. B1) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License with the above-mentioned aircraft type ratings is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency in reading/writing)
• Good customer relationship skills
