Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) to lead a maintenance team and certify airworthiness in accordance with OEM procedures, manuals, and CAAS regulations under a Part 145 approval.

Candidates must hold a CAAS AML license or equivalent, possess an aircraft type rating, and have at least 3 years of LAE certifying experience within the last 5 years; deployment will be based on prior experience.

Qualifications

• CAAS AML license or equivalent must be held.
• At least 3 years of certifying LAE experience in the past 5 years.
• Aircraft type ratings on B747, B777, B787, A350 and/or A380 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to perform aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with OEM procedures and manuals.
• Certify airworthiness of aircraft and components under a Part 145 approval while complying with authority regulations.

As a LAE, you will lead a maintenance team and be responsible for successfully carrying out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with OEM procedures, manuals, and authority regulations. You will operate under a Part 145 approval to certify the airworthiness of aircraft and its components.

Job Requirements

• Hold a valid CAAS Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML), or equivalent aircraft maintenance licence issued by a recognised civil aviation authority.
• Relevant aircraft type rating/endorsement, with at least 3 years of certifying experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) within the past 5 years.
• Candidates must meet the applicable CAAS licensing requirements for the role
• Aircraft type ratings on one or more of the following are an advantage: B747, B777, B787, A350, and/or A380.
• Deployment will be based on the candidate's previous experience.
