Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic's Department of Academic Quality & Resources Library seeks a collaborative professional to embed library resources into teaching, conduct environmental scanning and synthesize insights that support educational excellence and organisational priorities.

You will lead projects, build partnerships with academic schools, design workshops, and mentor colleagues to strengthen student outcomes and institutional priorities. Appointment is a 2-year contract.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in education, research, library and information services or knowledge management.
• Ability to lead projects, initiatives or teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with relevant stakeholder engagement ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with academic schools and stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders to integrate library resources into teaching and outcomes.
• Conduct environmental scanning, literature reviews and trend analyses.
• Curate, synthesise and communicate complex information into actionable insights.
• Support curriculum review and educational innovation through research.
• Design and facilitate workshops and learning activities for staff and students.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor colleagues.
• Develop services in response to evolving user needs and emerging trends.
