Keywords Studios Singapore is seeking a Level Designer for a six-month on-site contract. You will craft engaging levels, prototype gameplay concepts, and collaborate with artists and designers to deliver a high-quality experience.

We invite mid and senior designers to apply, with experience in Unreal/Unity, 3D prototyping, and scripting tools. This role starts immediately in our Singapore Studio.

Qualifications

• At least 1 published AAA title in level design.
• Strong 3D level prototyping across multiple packages.
• Experience with gameplay and level/mission design scripting tools.
• Proficient in basic programming principles; C# knowledge is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
• Enthusiastic gamer with solid level design and game design understanding.

Responsibilities

• Find the fun and inject personality and narrative into levels.
• Prototype innovative level concepts via 3D modelling and scripting.
• Block out environments with progression and overall game experience in mind.
• Collaborate with environment artists and game designers across disciplines.
• Contribute to production pipeline improvements and workflows.
• Conduct regular playtests and act on feedback for quality.
• Iterate gameplay to maximize quality and performance.
• Stay current with level design techniques and engine capabilities.
• Share expertise with peers and learn from others.
