Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the Law Publishing Unit within the Legislation Division. The role focuses on high-quality publishing services for legislation on Singapore Statutes Online and for Parliament.

You will oversee publication processes, QA checks, and LEAP System operations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and ensure accuracy across official publications.

Qualifications

• Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Sharp analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate publication of legislation.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out end-to-end publication process for Bills, Acts and Subsidiary Legislation, prepare PDF proofs and update In Force consolidations.
• Regularly update and maintain the legislation database and verify versions for QA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet publication deadlines and provide LEAP System support.
• Manage and maintain the LEAP System, coordinate with IT and vendors for fixes, participate in UAT for enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and quality records.
