Job summary

Central Provident Fund Board seeks a Legal Operations professional to support prosecution matters and panel administration. You will help streamline processes, manage external vendors, and apply data analytics to improve efficiency within the Legal Department.

The role offers a 2-year full-time contract under CPF Board with potential for permanent placement, and a hybrid work model with opportunities to participate in training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations, prosecution support, or related field.
• Familiarity with managing legal panels or vendor coordination a plus.
• Proficiency with data analytics and digital tools including AI to boost productivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare cases for prosecution and post‑court follow‑ups.
• Conduct prosecution on behalf of the Board under the CPF Act when required.
• Manage and monitor Law Firms on the Legal Services Panel; update records and policies.
