PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Novena is seeking a law-trained professional for a 1-year contract to provide practical legal advice across contracts, IP, corporate governance, employment, criminal, family, and regulatory matters.

You will draft and review contracts, MOUs, terms and conditions, and other legal documents; conduct legal talks; support legal technology initiatives; and assist on enforcement and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• PQE of at least 1 year under the Legal Profession Act.
• Experience in advisory, drafting, review, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Scope

• Provide practical legal advice on contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance, employment, criminal, family, and regulatory matters.
• Support policy and legislative changes, including drafting amendments
• Draft and review contracts, MOUs, terms and conditions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal talks and support legal technology initiatives.
• Where required, prosecute offences under the Act and advise on enforcement and investigations.

Requirements

• Law-trained and qualified under the Legal Profession Act, with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Relevant experience in legal advisory, contract drafting and review, legal research, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve work processes; interest in legal technology is an advantage.
• Independent, adaptable, and resourceful, with strong priority management skills.
