The CPF Board is hiring a Legal Counsel to join #TeamCPF in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide legal advice on contract law, intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory matters under CPF legislation.

Key responsibilities include prosecuting statutory offences, drafting legislative amendments, liaising with the Attorney‑General's Chambers, and vetting various commercial contracts and MOUs.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal practice and qualification under the Legal Profession Act.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent legal drafting skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Prosecution experience is preferred but training will be provided.
