Job summary

Ennovi is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team in Singapore. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and act as a legal generalist, supporting ENNOVI’s business and operations while helping administer our global corporate compliance program.

This role requires a qualified lawyer, 6+ years of experience in legal and compliance, and hands-on experience with commercial contracts, corporate compliance, investigations, and training.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with an LL.B. or equivalent and admission to practice.
• Minimum 6 years of legal and compliance experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong corporate compliance exposure (anti-bribery, privacy, export controls).
• Experience with investigations, due diligence and training.
• Ability to provide practical legal advice and manage risk.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent English; other languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Job Summary -

Ennovi is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to be part of our Legal Team. This role is based in Singapore and requires a highly motivated and committed Legal professional with the aptitude and ability to learn quickly to support ENNOVI’s business and operations. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and will function as a legal generalist as well as play a key role in administering and supporting Ennovi’s global corporate compliance program.

What We’re Looking For -

• Qualified lawyer with an LL.B. or equivalent and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal and compliance experience, either in-house or with a law firm.
• Hands-on experience in commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating manufacturing/procurement agreements.
• Good exposure to corporate compliance, particularly anti-bribery & corruption, data privacy, competition law, export controls and sanctions.
• Experience with compliance investigations, third-party due diligence, whistleblower matters and employee training.
• Ability to provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders and effectively manage legal and contractual risks.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural and global environment, including collaboration across different time zones.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel as required.
