Job Description

Our legal team in APAC is looking for a Legal & Business Affairs Coordinator, to be based in its Singapore office and working part‑time 3 to 3.5 days per week, to support a dynamic and experienced legal team working in APAC and in our London offices on a wide range of legal and business affairs matters, including channel and content service arrangements, program acquisition, general service arrangements, marketing and production activities and general corporate and regulatory support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract execution and filing management, including compliance with company records management and filing practices.
  • Managing regulatory and corporate filings, including regulatory licences.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of contract precedents and completion of standard form contracts with oversight.
  • Liaising with other teams within the company, including Commercial, Operations, Finance, Programming and Marketing.
  • Management of invoice and finance requirements, including oversight of purchase order and invoice requirements and occasional expense filing support for the legal and business affairs team.
  • Occasional support with team travel requirements, meeting scheduling and general office support.
  • Assisting on occasional legal research matters and other day‑to‑day support as may be required.
Basic Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be a self‑starter with a flexible and collaborative approach, with excellent administrative skills and a strong interest in initiating and managing efficient and reliable business processes proven through prior roles. You will thrive working in fast‑paced businesses with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, while being calm under pressure and capable of managing time‑dependent deliverables whilst balancing competing interests.

  • Prior experience working in relevant areas would be an advantage.
  • Excellent administrative and team coordination skills.
