AZTECH TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a driven Sales Manager – LED Lighting to expand our customer base and drive growth in the LED lighting market. This hunter role focuses on opening new doors, developing opportunities from scratch, and turning them into orders.

You will identify new markets, build relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and project developers, and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored lighting solutions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in sales or business development within the LED lighting or lighting solutions industry.
A strong track record of winning new customers and achieving sales targets.
Existing contacts within the lighting industry, such as distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants, or project customers, will be an advantage.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable pursuing new business opportunities.
Able to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and take ownership of sales results.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development, where required.

Responsibilities

Drive new business: Identify, prospect, and secure new customers (B2B/ B2G) and project opportunities in the LED lighting market.
Deliver revenue growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Expand market reach: Identify new market segments, sales channels, and business opportunities to grow our market presence.
Build a strong pipeline: Proactively generate leads, conduct customer visits, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into orders.
Develop industry relationships: Build connections with lighting distributors, electrical contractors, consultants, system integrators, OEMs, and project developers, as relevant to the market.
Manage the sales cycle: Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals.
Understand customer needs: Work with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to propose suitable LED lighting solutions.
Monitor market trends: Keep abreast of competitor activities, customer requirements, pricing, and developments in the lighting industry.
Report sales performance: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on prospects, forecasts, and business development activities.
