Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sales or business development within LED lighting or lighting solutions.
• Strong track record of winning new customers and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business: Identify, prospect, and secure new customers (B2B/ B2G) and project opportunities in LED lighting.
• Deliver revenue growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Expand market reach: Identify new market segments, sales channels, and business opportunities to grow market presence.
• Build a strong pipeline: Generate leads, conduct customer visits, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Develop industry relationships: Build connections with lighting distributors, contractors, consultants, system integrators, OEMs, and project developers.
• Manage the sales cycle: Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals.
• Understand customer needs: Work with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to propose LED lighting solutions.
• Monitor market trends: Track competitor activities, customer requirements, pricing, and developments in lighting.
• Report sales performance: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on forecasts.
