Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) invites applications for an academic position within the School of Mathematical Sciences & Analytics. The role focuses on teaching Technology and Analytics topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, and Quantum Computing, with additional duties in Mathematics, Statistics, or Programming.

You will contribute to curriculum development, module design, and interdisciplinary courses while engaging in project work

Qualifications

Passionate about education and possess strong interest in teaching and mentoring students.
Self-driven, independent and possess readiness to work as a team.
Relevant industry experience and/or knowledge of how statistics is applied in different fields such as Data Analytics, Engineering or IT.
People-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, written and communication skill.

Responsibilities

Teach in Technology and Analytics domains, including AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, and Quantum Computing.
Develop and review course materials and assessments to enhance student learning and employability.
Stay current with trends in AI, Data Science, Analytics, and Quantum Computing to keep the curriculum relevant.
Undertake project and consultancy work with internal and external stakeholders, applying expertise in real-world contexts.
