Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions a future-ready built environment in Singapore, driving safety, quality and sustainability. We are seeking resourceful individuals to help shape CET curricula and training programmes across IDD and AI-enabled technologies.

Successful candidates will join a contract-based role and collaborate with academic and industry partners to advance digital delivery in the built environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Built Environment, with demonstrated competency in adoption of IDD.
• Proficiency in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) methodologies, including BIM workflows, digital collaboration platforms, and data-driven design processes.
• Demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies, including hands-on experience with AI platforms, data science tools, automation systems, or digital innovation projects, with ability to translate this knowledge and expertise into CET curricula.
• Independent & proactive, with strong self-management and initiative-taking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or equivalentrecognised certification.

Responsibilities

• Curate training programmes in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and emerging technologies for built environment.

[What you will be working on]

• Curate training programmes in the areas Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for built environment, mapped to recognised skills and competencies frameworks

• Design curriculum and associated assessment methods, course materials, and coordinate effective course delivery across diverse learning formats

• Participate in curriculum review processes to ensure programmes remain current with best practices and latest technological advances

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, and subject matter experts
